I’m LaToya Jackson, a certified Executive Coach with 20+ years as an HR leader across tech (Meta), oil & gas (Exxon), and start-up companies in energy (Bloom Energy and Crusoe AI).

I've built HR orgs from the ground up and scaled teams inside complex, high-growth companies. I know what breaks when headcount doubles, when new managers are thrown into the deep end, and when culture is left to chance. I’ve done this long enough to know that a leader’s influences spans across each of those org challenges. And the thing that separates good leaders from the great ones is emotional intelligence.

I coach founders, new leaders, org leaders, teams, and experienced executives who want to sharpen their emotional IQ from the inside out, heart first. I coach those who willingly choose to go deeper in order to go higher.

I am originally from Houston and hold a Bachelor’s of English Literature from the University of Houston. I’m a proud member of the San Francisco Chapter of The Links, Incorporated. I currently live in Atherton, CA, and serve as a member of the Atherton City Council Environmental Programs Committee. Most importantly, I love what I get to do. Walking in my purpose with full authenticity is a privilege I don’t take for granted.
